100% done on paper.  Nothing electronic.

August/September - Application Packet Pickup & Packet Return
Applicants:  Must be over the age of 18, have a Valid IL Drivers License that shows they live in our jurisdiction, have graduated HS or have a GED Cert.
October - Test for Packet Returners Only 
Digital Study Guide
Mailed Copy Study Guide
November / December - 1st Interviews (Top 100) 
January / February - 2nd Interviews (Top 50)
May/June - 4 weeks of mandatory training for those apprentices selected
